KSA #5: DifferentiationThe teacher will know (include when and how to engage others) to identify ways students learn and their different learning styles. The teacher will respond to these differences by creating multiple paths to learning for individuals and groups, including those with special learning needs.

Some of the differentiation strategies I used in the classroom to challenge those students who were surpassing the rest of the class. I found that including extra practice for the students on the side of each page of notes allowed for them to stay engaged and learning.
